We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate commitment to their values and business goals as well as being flexible, innovative and team focused.
You will be supporting the SHEQ Manager in the management & controls of the business’ management systems and industry standards through best practice whilst maintaining certification & compliance in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
Reporting to the SHEQ Manager
Provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager
Managing & maintaining the company’s quality controls and policies in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standardisation requirements.
Undertaking internal SHEQ audits.
Review & draft company Procedures, Policies & Processes.
Provide updates to senior managers around SHEQ issues.
Identify trends in relation to business behaviours and practices.
Ensure appropriate standards/procedures are followed.
Review and assess ISO audit reports and oversee corrective actions with SHEQ Manager.
Assist in customer complaint investigations & corrective actions
Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a SHEQ role or in a similar capacity.
NEBOSH (preferred)
ISO 9001/14001/45001 experience.
Conducting internal/external audits.
Conducting risk assessments.
Excellent attention to detail.
Accurate and professional written skills.
Microsoft Office skills including competency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Excellent organisational/communication skills & professional attitude.
Encourages an environment where continuous improvement is paramount.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Self-motivated and keen to learn.
