The Role

Due to continuous growth and expansion, Bulkhaul (USA) Inc. office located at 5810 Wilson Rd. Suite 110 in Humble, TX is looking for highly motivated, driven, and ambitious candidates seeking a career in global shipping, transport, and logistics.

The successful candidate will join our existing global operations team with the role focusing predominantly on North American export movements.

Full training will be given with potential for career growth in all aspects of the global operation.

Principal Duties - will include but will not be limited to:

    Process shipping instructions received from customers for export
    Submitting shipping instructions to steamship line prior to documentation cut-off
    Checking B/Ls for accuracy.
    Amending B/Ls, as necessary.
    Verifying on boards with steamship Lines.
    Distributing B/Ls to customers and overseas offices.
    Receive and process booking requests from customers.
    Customer service point for customer and internal departments.
    Submit booking with steamship line and make amendments where necessary.
    Create internal work orders and distribute to necessary departments.
    Assisting with other areas of the operation.

Core Skills/Attributes

    College education preferred - High School diploma a must.
    1-2 Years export documentation/export booking experience.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer needs.
    Superior teamwork abilities
    Passion and desire to learn, develop and succeed.

    Vacation – 25 days
    Pension – After 3 continuous years of service, employee is eligible to participate in a SAR-SEP IRA pension program. The program is currently based on employee contributing 5% of salary and the company contributing 10%
